In addition to my recipe offerings, ‘I (H)ate Menopause’ journals my menopause journey, and provides an area to foster a community where women can connect, share stories, and support each other. You can learn from my experiences, or share your questions, and I’ll do my best to find answers for you. I believe that through discussion and sharing, we can alleviate the negative stigma associated with menopause, i mean, it’s biology after all. This space is designed for open dialogue about experiences, tips, and advice. Just keep in mind to be kind, we all have different experiences and what I’ve learned so far is that everyone’s experience is different.
