This method will help you easily get protein in your day. Different toppings help keep it fresh and fun!

Equipment

  • 1 jar can use bowl or other container

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3 sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup homemade granola recipe coming soon!
  • 1-2 T Honey or agave depending on preference
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the yogurt and honey/agave.
  • In your jar or container, add 1/3 c. of the sweetened yogurt on the bottom.
  • Layer with ½ the blueberries, strawberries and a tablespoon of granola
  • Add another layer of yogurt, repeat with the rest of the berries and another tablespoon of granola
  • Top off with remaining yogurt, sprinkle remaining granola on top and a dash of cinnamon.
